Useful enquiries

Corrections are the most welcome kind of message. If a property has closed, changed hands, renovated or been described inaccurately, tell us what changed and we will check it.

Suggestions for entries are read, though we add slowly and only where a property clearly belongs in one of the four categories.

Press and general questions about how the index is compiled are fine too.

What we cannot do

We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation, and we hold no booking records of any kind. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly.

We do not sell listings, links or placement, so those enquiries will not get a reply.
